Stacy R. Ginn, J.D., Legal Counsel
With over 20 years of executive level banking and finance experience, enhanced by his extensive legal acumen, Ginn is an extraordinary asset to GGC and its clients. “Stace,” as he is known by colleagues and friends, is pleased to join his wife, Melanie, as an in-house expert on all legal, financial, and business development matters. His expertise in negotiating, designing, and executing stakeholder agreements, contracts, site licenses, employment terms, compliance and regulatory affairs, including HIPAA and FERPA regulations, as applicable to the SMART™ model, is a tremendous asset to the development of public-private partnerships that are the hallmark of GGC’s work. His extensive background in the banking industry brings a wealth of expertise in management, budget, and finance knowledge to the table. Ginn’s primary areas of legal practice also include commercial and contract law, corporate law, tax law, real estate and property law, and regulatory compliance law.
Ginn earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Business Administration at Hanover College in Hanover, Indiana, and his Doctorate of Jurisprudence from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and is admitted to the Kentucky State Bar.
